1. To expel positivity, and never dwell on the negatives.
2. Try not to over exert myself. I constantly say “yes” to a hundred things and work as much as possible, however 2015 flew by so fast and I didn’t have much time to enjoy it. So I want to take the time to smell the roses, or paint on a Sunday and watch the sunset.
3. Save $, and spend less. I don’t need much so I want to only spend on necessities so I can save for a house.
4. Eat Cleaner. I don’t want to put junk food and chips into my body because it makes me feel sluggish. I want more “real” food in my diet and definitely a lot more water.
5. Exercise more. I’ve always been very active, however I have overbooked myself a lot recently and haven’t had time to exercise. Even just talking the dogs for a walk 3 times a week would be an improvement.
6. Learn new things and let my creativity flow. Yoga and meditation are two things I would like to try.
7. Travel more and experience new places.
